Prana Loft
Breathe in
Fourteen mats on a wooden floor in Bandra West. No mirrors, no leaderboard, no playlist you have to shout over.
Inhale four Exhale six
Since 2018
No extra mat by the door, no squeezing one more in. It is the only way a teacher can actually watch fourteen bodies and say something useful to each of them.

The recording stays up for a week. Mumbai traffic should not be the reason you skip a practice — and the teacher can still see you and correct you.

No card, no trial that quietly becomes a subscription. Come to anything on the schedule, borrow a mat, decide afterwards.
02 — Classes & schedule
Morning classes are streamed live and stay up for seven days. Evenings are in the room only — that is deliberate. Closed Sundays.
The week's timetable is drawn by script. Call +91 22 2655 1200 or email hello@pranaloft.in and we will read it out — six days a week, first class at 6.30 am, last at 8.00 pm, closed Sundays.
03 — Membership
Five ways in, least committed first. No joining fee, no lock-in, nothing auto-renews without telling you.

04 — Teachers
A small roster means you get the same teacher week after week, and they learn how your body actually moves rather than how it looks from the front of the room.
01
Hatha · Founder
Taught in other people's studios for twelve years before opening Prana Loft in 2018, largely because she was tired of classes of thirty. Teaches Hatha the way she was taught it in Rishikesh — slowly, with a lot of attention to the feet.
The person to talk to if you are coming back from an injury.
02
Vinyasa Flow
Spent three years practising Ashtanga in Mysore and still keeps a six-day week of his own. His flow classes are properly demanding and he does not pretend otherwise, but he will always give you a smaller option.
Sequences a new class every week and writes them in a notebook he will show you if you ask.
03
Restorative · Prenatal
Came to yoga through physiotherapy and it shows — she knows exactly which prop will make a pose work for your particular hips. Runs both the restorative programme and every prenatal class.
Has taught more than two hundred pregnancies through to delivery and is unbothered by anything you might ask her.
04
Hatha · Early mornings
Teaches the 6.30 am classes before going to his job as an architect, which tells you most of what you need to know about him. Quiet, precise, ends exactly on time.
A good first teacher if the idea of a yoga class makes you self-conscious.
05 — Visit
Fill this in and we will confirm your mat within a working day. If you would rather just turn up, come ten minutes early.
